As an Online Assistant Store Manager, reporting to the Online Store Manager you’ll support with the day-to-day running of an online liquor warehouse. This role is key to the warehousing of stock, fulfilling & delivering online orders to customers. You’ll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community through our new online distribution network. This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail and/or warehousing leadership experience to the next level.

**About you and your skills**:

- Experience with being responsible for the day-to-day operation of a site to ensure service and financial performance targets are met
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
- To be successful in managing effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and partners to deliver the strategic priorities
- Ability to ensure all Team Managers and Members work safely, and any safety concerns or breaches are addressed immediately
- An accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain
- You may be required to undergo a Police Check if successful in the recruitment process, a cost that you’ll be responsible for upfront but will be reimbursed upon successful placement
