Senior Financial Crime Compliance Professional

Job Summary:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with financial crime regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial crime risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with senior management to integrate financial crime risk and compliance into business decision-making processes.
- Design, operationalize, and monitor assurance activities over first-line execution of financial crime compliance programs and policies.
- Review, deliver, and update financial crime compliance training to the organization.
- Ensure all external reporting requirements in relation to financial crime compliance activities are met.
- Monitor emerging trends and regulatory changes in relation to financial crime-related obligations.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a senior financial crime compliance role.
- Extensive knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws and regulations.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as compliance, risk management, governance, or law.
