Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Asset and Works Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing work within the team, encompassing asset strategy, maintenance planning, work scheduling, dispatch, and works delivery.

This role involves leading the team in the functional delivery of new minor capabilities and operational support on behalf of our organization. The remuneration package includes a competitive salary and superannuation.

  • Manage the Asset and Works Management Functional Services">
  • Enable the team's success through active delivery, support, and guidance">
  • Continuously optimize the team's delivery framework">
  • Ensure that technology and solutions meet business requirements">
">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • Previous experience working in a leadership role in an SAP environment, including domain knowledge of SAP S/4 EAM">
  • Experience with SAC analytics, Data Sphere, and Enterprise Content Management is desirable">
  • Proven ability to lead functional staff in planning, troubleshooting, assessing risk, and implementing risk mitigation strategies">
  • Demonstrated experience of associated technologies in the EAM lifecycle and willingness to support other technologies used within our organization">
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain contemporary management practices, including performance management, change management, quality management, employment equity, and workplace health and safety">
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a customer service focus">
  • Ability to take ownership of deliverables, build exceptional working relationships, and foster teamwork within multi-disciplinary teams">
  • Proven ability to manage continuous improvement initiatives logically based on business priorities, cost of delay, and available capacity">
  • Ability to contribute to building effective contractual arrangements that support the effective working relationship between internal and external service providers">
  • High level of interpersonal communication and negotiation skills in a complex and highly technical business environment">
  • Ability to consult and influence decision-making processes">

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or business or equivalent qualification and/or demonstrated competence appropriate to the position">
  • Core SAP experience of minimum 5+ years">
