Job Description

The role of a Band 6 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist is to provide expert physiotherapy services to entitled personnel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in assessing and treating musculo-skeletal disorders, sports injuries, and orthopaedic conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and deliver individualized treatment programs using evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to ensure informed consent and maximize rehabilitation potential.
  • Advise medical officers on specialist physiotherapy recommendations.
  • Manage and prioritize clinical caseload efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Physiotherapy plus additional specialist training or experience.
  • Current registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Relevant experience in the assessment and treatment of musculo-skeletal disorders, sports injuries, and orthopaedic conditions.
