Physiotherapy Professional Wanted

We are seeking a caring Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team. This position is well supported and would ideally suit a graduate or an individual looking to gain further experience.
About the Role- Provide physiotherapy services across various areas including:
- Acute care inpatient services: Work in a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and support discharge planning.
- Outpatient services: Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for patients referred to physiotherapy.
- Residential aged care: Assess residents and work with care staff to optimize physical functioning.
- Falls prevention programs: Assess fall risks and design interventions to improve balance, strength, and mobility to reduce falls.
- Treat patients with conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, neurological, cardiovascular, and pulmonary disorders.
- Use physical and electrical modalities in patient treatments.
- Assess and evaluate programs and treatments using relevant outcome measures and patient goals.
- Participate in coordinated care programs with other health professionals.
- Work with patients and families to implement home exercise programs.
- Complete accurate clinical records of assessments, treatments, and patient progress.
- Develop and deliver preventative health and wellness initiatives.
- You will have a Tertiary qualification in physiotherapy.
- You will be registered as a Physiotherapist with the relevant authority.
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You will have experience working within an interdisciplinary team.
- You will have a demonstrated understanding and ability to provide client-focused and evidence-based care in a range of clinical settings.
