Electrical Supervisor Job Opportunity

The role of an Electrical Supervisor is crucial in ensuring the effective and efficient management of electrical workmanship on site.

This position supports the Electrical Superintendent in planning, designing, organizing, and supervising electrical construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and subcontractors to guarantee compliance with drawings, schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.
  • Oversee field personnel, subcontractors, and self-performed workforce, monitoring production, quality, and performance.
  • Plan, allocate, and coordinate work, ensuring availability of materials, equipment, and plant to meet installation deadlines.
  • Analyse electrical drawings and provide technical input during internal coordination meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote leadership, teamwork, and effective communication of project plans and schedules within workgroups.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks, work audits, and manage emergency backups, system assessments, and necessary repairs.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on manpower, machinery, progress, issues, risks, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Technical Engineering or higher, specialized in Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the construction of photovoltaic plants performing similar functions.
