  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise electrical workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.
  • Oversight of field personnel, monitoring production, quality, and performance.
  • Plan, allocate, and coordinate work, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Technical input during internal coordination meetings.
  • Maintenance of HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership, teamwork, and communication of project plans and schedules within workgroups.
  • Quality assurance checks and management of system assessments and repairs.
  • Daily and weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Technical Engineer or higher - specialized in Electrical Engineering.
  • Three years of experience in photovoltaic plant construction.
