Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Chief Business Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our Defence and National Intelligence Community customers. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate business needs, problems, and opportunities, and recommend effective business processes.

  • You will be accountable for preparing or contributing to business cases defining potential benefits and options for achieving these benefits through new or changed processes.
  • You will advise stakeholders and colleagues on techniques, tools, and processes required for modelling and analysis activities.
  • You will apply knowledge of business analysis methods, modelling, and quality assurance to understand and articulate business processes and contribute to outcomes.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have or be able to obtain a TSPV clearance and experience in managing key stakeholder relationships and identifying relevant stakeholders' expectations.

You will build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, work collaboratively to identify needs, agree on objectives, and gain commitment.

You will assess artefacts such as requirements, specifications, and feasibility studies and complete work accurately within timeframes and quality standards; share expertise and mentor others.
