Director of Financial Strategy

The Chief Finance Officer serves as a vital component of the organization's leadership and management structure, directly reporting to and providing essential support to the Chief Executive Officer and Registrar.
As a key member of the executive team, the CFO is responsible for coordinating and implementing financial strategies that ensure prudent asset management and sufficient funds to meet liabilities, with financial risks effectively mitigated through robust internal controls.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive financial and statutory compliance strategies.
- Leading the external compliance team and serving as head of internal audit.
- Providing strategic support for corporate governance, internal reviews, legislative and contractual compliance.
