Job Description: As a Customer Development Manager in the Industrial Channel, you will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with key customers across various segments. This exciting new role entails generating significant new business growth within existing and new customers allocated within the Burleigh Heads area.

Responsibilities: Manage the territory in line with NAPA's Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business plan requirements. Maintain a customer territory, maximize business opportunities, and sales growth. Attend Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required.

Requirements:

  • Industry Customer Management experience preferred in Commercial, Automotive or Industrial sectors
  • Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development and territory management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results
  • Sound business acumen and numerical competency
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively
