Industrial Automation Sales Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to expand our presence in the industrial automation market. This key role will be responsible for identifying opportunities and formulating business plans to capitalize on them.

  • Lead sales efforts in the industrial market, building relationships with key personnel and influencing opportunities.
  • Identify market, competitive, and segment issues and opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain professional relationships with key personnel to foster trust and influence opportunities.
  • Maximize sales effectiveness through lead generation, communication, and sharing of market segment information.
  • Handle customer orders, complaints, and requests for information and data concerning market segments, products, capabilities, availability, and prices.
  • Acquire knowledge of users and distribution personnel to preserve existing business and enhance the introduction of new products.
  • Establish and maintain effective records to enhance planning and follow-up activities.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
