Job Title:

Wheel Alignment Technician

About the Role:

You will be responsible for identifying and rectifying faults in customer vehicles, including wheel alignments and suspension issues.

Additionally, you will identify and rectify faults in customer tyres, such as wear and tear, punctures, fitting, rotating, balancing, and general tyre repairs.

As a Wheel Alignment Technician, you will work in a well-equipped and organized workshop, closely alongside your fellow team members to deliver an industry-leading level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform wheel alignments and other wheel/suspension related services on customers' vehicles.
  • Identify faults in vehicle stability and tyre wear.
  • Rectify faults found in customer tyres.
  • Provide advice and report potentially dangerous risks found on customer vehicles.
  • Safely operate hoists.
  • Conduct road tests as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Wheel Alignment Technician.
  • Relevant Certificate (required).
  • Australian driver's licence (required).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • WHMIS knowledge.
