Drilling Position Overview

The role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where individuals must be highly skilled and able to operate effectively within a team.

This position requires the ability to lead and motivate others, ensuring a cohesive unit that is focused on achieving common goals.

Essential skills include previous experience in Coal Seam Gas industry, Certificate IV in Drilling Oil and Gas, IWCF Level 3 or Level 4 qualification, DCGI or ISI, and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Training of all crew members;
  • Maintaining rig condition;
  • Organizing maintenance;
  • Demonstrating advanced understanding of rig operations and well programs;
  • Using technology to monitor and report on work progress.

Advanced knowledge in all well control requirements, effective leadership, and adherence to safe systems of work are essential for this role.
