Job Overview

A highly experienced Construction Manager is required to lead and manage site teams in the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction management from a contractor's perspective and an in-depth understanding of technical and commercial elements in civil/cement/infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Oversee a diverse range of projects including drainage, streetscapes, traffic infrastructure, and concreting.
  • Manage on-site requirements, deliveries, and resource planning to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Visit sites and meet with site leads and client stakeholders to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Monitor site productivity and work closely with the project manager to identify variations and potential delays.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience in civil construction management from a contractor's perspective.
  • In-depth understanding of technical and commercial elements in civil/cement/infrastructure works.
  • Ability to apply construction experience to enhance methods, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and confidence in managing civil construction teams.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
