We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the build of new homes in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the construction of 18 new homes, ensuring timely completion and high-quality finishes.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily workloads to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage labour and trades effectively, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Resolve any problems that arise during the construction process, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience as a foreman, supervisor or site manager, with a proven track record of success.
  • Relevant trade qualifications in carpentry or building, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in the field.
  • Previous experience managing multiple sites, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's licence, enabling efficient travel between sites and locations.
