Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of mid and high-rise projects nationwide.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Coordinate project start-up documentation, prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule and Budget Management: Manage schedules, budgets, tenders, notifications, approval processes, contracts, and change orders to maintain project efficiency.
  • Project Oversight: Support the Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion.
