Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Barista to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Point of Sale system and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organised work station at all times.
  • Advise customers on coffee options and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Barista.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operating coffee machines and preparing a variety of coffee drinks.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly and welcoming experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of coffee bean varieties, roasting techniques, and brewing methods.

Desirable Skills:

  • Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time or Part-time position available.
  • 37.5 hours per week.
