Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily vessel operations, administer and ensure safety
  • Provide leadership, guidance to Deck Crew and support Vessel Master
  • Conduct regular onboard safety drills, crew training, watch-keeping and vessel handling
  • Adhere to operational procedures, WHS requirements and delegate tasks effectively
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, optimal vessel performance and promote high team performance

As a key member of the deck crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the vessel. This includes ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, conducting regular drills and training sessions, and providing guidance and support to the Deck Crew.

You will work closely with the Vessel Master and Engineer to manage the smooth operation of the vessel, while also maintaining excellent communication with guests to ensure their needs are met.

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
