Parenting Support Specialist

As a Senior Parent Mentor with Workskil Australia Ltd, you will provide comprehensive support and guidance to parents who are seeking to re-enter the workforce, address personal challenges, and build skills and confidence. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact in the lives of families and communities.
Key RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as empathy and understanding of parents experiencing disadvantage, trauma, and financial distress. A minimum Diploma level qualification in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Community Services, Employment Services, or Education, is also required.
