Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Services Director to lead our healthcare team in the Clinic setting.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, patient relations, staff development, and participation in planning initiatives to expand and improve clinic services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Supervision and support of clinic staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Medical Assistants (MAs), and receptionists.
  • Ensuring the clinic meets regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Implementation of continuous improvement strategies to enhance patient care and service delivery.
  • Development and management of the clinic's operational plan, ensuring resources are used effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or other related field.
  • 3-5 years of healthcare management experience.
