Requirements

  • Leadership experience in customer-centric environments with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and acting on customer feedback
  • Desirable experience in the aged care sector or related fields
  • Proven track record in leading teams through challenging situations or adversity
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, resource management, and key levers for profitability
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and comfort working with high-level partners and executive leaders
  • A history of maintaining service delivery and customer satisfaction in regulated industries
  • Experience driving transformational change, resulting in commercial and customer improvements
