We're seeking a Senior Machine Learning & Robotics Engineer to work on our cutting-edge perception system which flows into GAMA to detect, classify, track and avoid hazards at sea.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing and optimizing machine learning algorithms for robotics applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement machine learning models for maritime robotics scenarios.
- Develop computer vision algorithms for autonomous navigation and object detection.
- Implement sensor fusion techniques for enhanced perception accuracy.
- Train and evaluate machine learning models using real-world data.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, C++ and ideally with experience in ROS/ROS2.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, TensorRT).
- Advanced knowledge of computer vision techniques and libraries (OpenCV, CUDA).
- Experience with spatial transformations and coordinate system conversions.
- MLOps Experience: Building and maintaining ML pipelines from data collection to deployment.
