Specialist in Donor Development

This is a key position within our organisation that focuses on building and maintaining high-value donor relationships. As a specialist in this area, you will play a vital role in growing our portfolio of major donors and securing large philanthropic gifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors, trusts, and foundations
- Develop a strategy for philanthropy and business planning
- Re-engage and deepen relationships with current and lapsed donors
- Create compelling cases for support and tailored funding proposals
- Identify new prospects and create a pipeline of long-term supporters
- Host donor engagement and stewardship events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of strategy and processes

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
