We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Expert to join our esteemed exports team of three. As a primary export operator for sea freight, you will be responsible for booking new shipments, managing documentation, liaising with suppliers and carriers, and interacting with clients to ensure seamless operations.

This role offers opportunities for growth and cross-training in other departments, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise in the ever-evolving logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking sea freight export shipments
  • Domestic transport coordination
  • Daily communication with suppliers, carriers, and overseas agents
  • Effective management of documentation flow
  • Primary export specialist for all sea freight activities
Requirements:
  • Freight forwarding experience is mandatory
  • Strong background and skill set in export forwarding
  • Proficiency in INCOTERMS
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Sound understanding of customs regulations
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
