Compassionate Care Professional
We are seeking a skilled Compassionate Care Professional to deliver person-centred care to our residents.
This is a clinical support role where you will create a safe and supportive environment, focusing on the individual needs of each resident. You will work collaboratively with management and carers to provide tailored and responsive care.
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve outstanding care results
- Providing advice and support to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Leading by example in clinical areas and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Consultative in case management and contributing to clinical decision-making processes
- Clinical oversight and professional competence as a registered nurse
- Implementing and supporting initiatives that promote resident comfort and well-being
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold current AHPRA registration with at least 2-3 years' experience in an aged care setting
- Be flexible and able to commit to various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative in achieving excellent care outcomes
- Have knowledge and experience working with people living with dementia and their specific needs
- Have a genuine passion for serving elderly individuals and making a positive difference in their lives
- Possess strong administrative and computer skills
