Compassionate Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Uniting Garden Suburb, an aged care home nestled in the Lake Macquarie region of NSW. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care, companionship, and emotional support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
- You will provide daily living assistance, such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help at mealtimes, and general mobility.
- Assist with medication administration and simple wound dressings.
- Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities.

What We Are Looking For- A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified.
- Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to living our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
