We are a leading global construction company with a strong presence in Victoria. Our Rail Operations hub in Laverton North is a key part of our business, specialising in the self-delivery of rail construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project costs and subcontractor relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels to ensure successful project delivery.
- Leadership experience in pre-delivery and delivery phases of major infrastructure projects.
- Provide direction to direct reports and collaborate with design and construction teams.
- Maintain high health and safety standards across the team.
About You
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale rail infrastructure projects, preferably in a tier 1 setting. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role.
- A degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or construction management, with experience working on major infrastructure projects, utility relocations, and stakeholder management.
