We are seeking volunteers to visit and provide companionship to elderly men living in residential aged care facilities. The role involves building relationships, engaging in conversation, and offering emotional support.

About the Role:

  • Visit an older man living in a residential aged care home in New South Wales
  • Provide friendship and social support on a weekly or fortnightly basis
  • Help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation through regular visits

Requirements:

  • Reliable individuals with a positive attitude and empathy for others
  • Ability to commit to at least 1 hour of volunteer work fortnightly
  • Ongoing training and support provided
