Lead OSHC Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant community of educators as a Lead OSHC Coordinator. As the face of our organization in your school community, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age.

You will work closely with your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry, while also overseeing compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Key responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age
  • Build positive relationships as the face of our organization in your school community
  • Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry
  • Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly

Hours: 06:45am - 08:45m & 2:15pm - 6:15pm, plus weekly admin hours

Monday to Friday only — no weekend work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced educator who holds a valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state, willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
