About this role
This Full-Time Psychologist opportunity is based in Parramatta, with further locations available in Penrith. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team and deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services.

Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of around $120,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits. Our remuneration packages comprise of competitive base salaries, discretionary bonus schemes, performance-based salary reviews, and wellbeing benefits.

Job Description
As a Psychologist at PeopleSense by Altius, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling, onsite attendances, critical incident responses, private/Medicare rebated counselling, compensation scheme work, multidisciplinary interventions, psychological assessment, and other clinical and organisational psychological services as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver EAP counselling services to clients
  • Provide onsite attendance and critical incident response support
  • Conduct private/Medicare rebated counselling sessions
  • Support clients through compensation scheme work
  • Participate in multidisciplinary interventions
  • Administer psychological assessments
  • Engage in other clinical and organisational psychological services

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced Psychologist with full professional registration with AHPRA, Australian working rights, ability to obtain a national police check, and a current driver's license with a comprehensively insured vehicle.
