We are seeking an exceptional Palliative Medicine consultant to join our multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be required to provide high-quality Palliative care for the community, with a focus on leading safe care, driving quality improvement and innovation, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive Palliative care services in various settings
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Driving quality improvement and innovation initiatives
  • Rotating across different areas of the Palliative Care Service
