Nurse Care Provider
Deliver person-centred nursing care with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Provide supervision and support for less experienced clinicians to achieve quality care.
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Competencies in nursing care within a multidisciplinary team and ability to navigate complex care situations.
- Effective clinical communication through information technology, written and verbal skills; professional interpersonal abilities.
- Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualised person-centred care with a commitment to quality improvement.
- Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate to deliver quality nursing care; leadership and willingness to embrace change in care coordination.
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, including ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload with integrity and accountability.
This is a Category A position. Compliance with NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015 is required.
