Job Summary:
Nursing RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our medical ward.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time opportunity with 38 hours per week. The successful candidate will have recent clinical experience relevant to the position and will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to achieve quality care.
- Demonstrate effective clinical communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualised person-centred care.
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care in a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care.
