We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Bega. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing person-centered care to patients and their families.
Working under the direction of Registered Nurses, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse is essential.
- You must have demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups in a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective clinical communication skills, including the use of information technology, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, are required.
- Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice, with recent clinical experience relevant to the position, is necessary.
