Job Title

Your key responsibilities are to manage and mentor team members in effective service delivery, adhering to procedures. You will liaise with other divisions to ensure service expectations are met and provide regular reporting. Building capability of each team member is crucial to increase knowledge and skills in their specialist field. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex enquiries from staff, members, courts, and external stakeholders on operational issues
  • Participate in and complete initiatives/activities to support the organization's business plan and strategy
  • Contribute to the delivery of ongoing services by undertaking assignments and projects
Requirements:
  • Experience in front-line service delivery and/or supervisory experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
