The role of a Power Systems Team Manager is crucial in leading the delivery of grid connections for wind, solar and energy storage projects. This team consists of 20+ Power Systems Engineers who are dedicated to ensuring reliable and timely connections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of power systems engineers focused on grid connection projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate key risks associated with generator connection.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively in challenging situations.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in power systems (10+ years) including experience with PSS/E and PSCAD software packages.
  • Proven track record of leading a team of engineers and driving results.
  • Natural ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Passion for renewable energy generation technology.
