Principal Power Systems Specialist

About the ProjectManage generator connection processes and resolve performance issues within the National Electricity Market (NEM). Develop a deep understanding of the electricity industry and its complexities.
Navigate complex stakeholder negotiations, balancing technical, commercial, and reputational considerations.
Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and provide technical advice at the forefront of power system analysis.
Key Requirements- A relevant tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or other discipline relevant to power systems analysis.
Proven leadership experience in delivering complex projects with a focus on outcome-driven results.
Strong expertise in power system modeling tools (e.g., PSSE, PSCAD) with effective interpretation and application of study results.
Well-developed experience in managing generator connection processes and resolving performance issues.
Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder negotiations and balancing technical, commercial, and reputational considerations.
Solid understanding of the electricity industry and its key aspects.
