We are seeking an experienced finance leader to partner with our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and drive strategic finance initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills combined with commercial acumen, a proven track record in finance process improvement, and excellent leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through effective due diligence and audit management
  • Closely monitor financial performance and provide timely insights for decision-making through robust cost control and reporting processes
  • Develop and implement standardized billing practices across the organization, ensuring robust revenue recognition and alignment with accounting standards
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification with 7+ years of post-qualified experience
  • Proven track record in finance process improvement and transformation, with experience in SaaS, technology, or Private Equity-backed businesses preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to guide a high-performing team and drive cultural change
  • Strong systems capability, including Xero, HubSpot, and Business Intelligence/reporting tools
