Clinical Psychologist

As a psychologist with Bridging the Gap, you will have the freedom to choose your own hours and workload, work with a variety of clients and cases, and use your existing skills and expertise to build a sustainable income stream.
Our platform provides a low-risk model for allied health professionals to work for themselves, with access to ongoing support and resources.
We are looking for experienced psychologists who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and are committed to building strong relationships with our clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide counselling services to a varied client base, in terms of demographics and presenting issues.
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with clients and other healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in psychology and current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Valid Police Clearance and Working with Children's Check.
* NDIS Worker Screening - if applicable.
Technical Skills:
* Strong knowledge of current developmental assessments, tools, and interventions.
* Familiarity with practice management software.
Professional Attributes:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and team members.
* Ability to work effectively as a member of a healthcare team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
* Strong self-management and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
