We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist to join our team at Navigator Group. As a Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing psychological assessment and intervention services to support the delivery of our Primary Psychological Recovery Program.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct clinical assessments and provide targeted psychological intervention to patients
- Work collaboratively with our Navigator clinicians to deliver high-quality care
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to support patient recovery
- Participate in group peer supervision and contribute to a solution-oriented approach to mental health recovery
- Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- SIRA registered or eligible for registration
- Advanced skills in delivery of evidence-based treatment for psychological conditions with a CBT or EMDR focus
- Experience in delivering psychological functional assessment reports
- Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed negotiation skills
- Team player with experience working with a multi-disciplinary team
- Flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home and office options
