Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Perth. As a Clinical Psychologist with SAL Consulting Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, young people, and adults with complex mental health needs, disabilities, and trauma-based presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored support plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions to promote client well-being and resilience
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes and ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service coordination
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology and full AHPRA registration
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, and/or experiences of trauma who have complex needs
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other neurodiverse populations
- Experience providing clinical and/or behavior assessment, intervention, and support in the disability, out-of-home care, and/or other relevant sectors
