Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to work in hotel reservations or similar roles.

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining a neat and clean appearance, and engaging with each guest as a unique individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication skills.
  • Manage daily reports and ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guests' needs.
  • Balance daily accounts with precision.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Articulate communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a front office position, preferably in hospitality services.
  • Qualification in hospitality services is desirable.
  • Computer skills are essential, with knowledge of RMS or other hotel PMS systems and travel agents preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance service standards throughout the operation.
  • Time management skills are crucial in this fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with team members.

Benefits

This part-time, casual role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour.

Supplemental pay types include penalty rates.

Schedule

Work every weekend, Monday to Friday, public holidays, and varying days with weekend availability.
