Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our team on a short-term contract. The successful candidate will bring 5+ years' experience in project coordination within the energy or related sectors, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.

About the Role:
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules
  • Maintain and update project schedules in MS Project
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts using SAP FICO & PS
  • Provide timely project updates and insights to stakeholders
  • Identify risks and support corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with financial and reporting requirements
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project coordination within the energy or related sectors
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in planning and scheduling using MS Project
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively engage and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Sound working knowledge of SAP FICO and PS modules
