We are seeking a highly skilled Store Planning and Design Expert to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for managing the store planning lifecycle of new and refurbished supermarket fit-outs, from initial design and drafting to final completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the store planning lifecycle of new and refurbished supermarket fit-outs, from initial design and drafting to final completion.
- Deliver planning and documentation outcomes for all new, replacement, acquisition, extension, and renewal projects as well as all business initiatives and planning requirements for any store within the state.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external consultants, such as developers, architects, engineers, to ensure the store design meets all regulatory requirements, company standards, and tenancy agreements.
- Develop and implement strategic layout planning to ensure the best scheme is developed for all project types with both a commercial and customer lens.
- Degree qualifications in architecture will be well regarded, whilst technical architectural drafting or related knowledge/experience is essential.
- Fluent capability to work in architectural drafting software (Revit).
- Retail planning experience, with design, commercial, or financial understanding desirable.
- Strong leadership experience including team organisation, coaching, and training.
- Ability to communicate to and influence senior stakeholders as the representative for WA, SA, and NT.
- Ability to travel interstate monthly.
