Empowering Effective Service Delivery: A Key Role in Education and Outreach

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Education Manager to join our newly established Education and Outreach team. This exciting opportunity will enable the successful candidate to lead and manage education, outreach, and stakeholder engagement activities for our Agency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and edit educational content that resonates with diverse stakeholders
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance our visibility and reputation as a contemporary regulator
  • Lead a small team working on innovative projects
  • Engage in stakeholder management and events coordination to foster effective relationships
  • Manage a small team of up to three direct reports, providing guidance and support for their growth and development

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, cultural competency, and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. They will be confident in engaging with stakeholders, building strong relationships, and driving positive outcomes.
