Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality care to our residents. Our goal is to enable and support older Australians to live and age positively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver care services in accordance with individualised assessed care needs.
  • Evaluate resident care plans and ensure alignment with their specific requirements.
  • Report incidents promptly to registered nurses or care managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care documentation and plans.
  • Notify registered nurses in charge and/or care managers of changes in resident care.
  • Provide care within the scope of practice, adhering to organisational guidelines.
Suitable Candidate Requirements
  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care, although not essential.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to work are highly valued.
  • Effective communication skills with residents, families, and all levels of staff are crucial.
  • A genuine passion for working with the elderly is necessary.
  • Current COVID and Annual Flu Vaccination are mandatory.
