We are seeking experienced legal professionals to join our clients' teams on the Gold Coast.
Two full-time opportunities are available:
- Conveyancing/Property Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Central Gold Coast
- Generalist firm Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Bundall area

Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience, excellent teamwork and client liaison skills, and a passion for success.
The role involves:
- Assisting solicitors with daily file handling
- Collating and drafting documents, correspondence, and court forms
- Liaising with clients and obtaining information
- Scheduling appointments and diary management
- Preparing briefs and documentation
- Conducting legal research
- Filing, photocopying, and general administrative tasks
Ideal candidates possess strong legal assistant/paralegal experience, file management expertise, and excellent IT, data entry, and communication skills.
A team-focused attitude, commitment, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
