About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Dubbo. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the improvement and management of compliance initiatives, quality & food safety standards, and the Quality Assurance Team.

This is a business-critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for quality assurance. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Head of Quality for ANZ to achieve high levels of quality and food safety awareness on site.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of QA Management experience in an FMCG business with staff management responsibilities. They will also have extensive knowledge of Quality Systems and Internal Auditing Processes within the Food Manufacturing environment.
