Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quality projects to meet contractual requirements and satisfy customer expectations.
  • Investigate and identify potential risks.
  • Improve business processes to ensure high-quality products.
  • Support projects by facilitating adequate communication with all stakeholders.
  • Assist manufacturing teams with analysis and problem-solving as required.
  • Conduct data analysis to produce indicators, statistics, and presentations.
  • Promote quality culture throughout the organization.
  • Manage priorities in-line with project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in similar or related roles.
  • Possess a tertiary qualification relevant to the position such as University education equivalent to a Higher Engineering Diploma/Master's Degree in the respective field or an Engineering Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with office management software e.g. MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
