Graduate Stakeholder Engagement Officer

We're a dynamic infrastructure and construction company providing innovative solutions for various clients across Australia.

Our mission is to create partnerships that drive change in the building and construction industry.

As a Graduate Stakeholder Engagement Officer, you'll play a key role in implementing an effective stakeholder engagement plan and conveying key messages to the community and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include working with site-based teams to support project delivery and maintaining productive internal and external relationships.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple work demands.

You'll also have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to share ideas, collaborate with others, and deal with diverse people including crew members, partners, clients, and the public.

  1. Implementing an effective stakeholder engagement plan to convey key messages and information to the community and other stakeholders.
  2. Working with site-based teams to support project delivery and maintaining productive internal and external relationships.
  3. Ensuring timely and effective communication of project information to stakeholders.

  • Ability to cope under pressure and manage multiple work demands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to share ideas, collaborate with others, and deal with diverse people.
